Reserve The Barn for your next event!

The Barn event space is available to all residents of Hopp Hollow Estates. A $50 deposit is required to reserve The Barn. This deposit is to be given at time of key pickup. The RULES FOR USE form must be filled out and returned in order to get your deposit back. In addition, The Barn will be inspected after your event and the deposit will be returned after an APPROVED inspection.

To secure your date(s), simply fill out the reservation form.

Rules For Usage of the Hopp Hollow Barn
  • You must be a resident of Hopp Hollow to reserve The Barn.
  • The resident who reserves The Barn must be present at the event at all times.
  • You must take all of your garbage with you. DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT BACK AND DO NOT BRING IT TO THE CURB. TAKE IT WITH YOU.
  • Upon departure, reset the thermostat at the most economical setting possible.
  • Turn off all lights.
  • Clean up, use the vacuum.
  • Take care of the building as if it was yours, because it is.
